Research on Artificial Intelligence Algorithms for the classification of cultural events considering their sustainability.
AlgorithmS4Sustainability (AS4S) investigates and develops methodologies and models that will serve to improve the experience of cultural tourists and the management and planning of destination managers through different approaches based on the Industry 4.0 paradigm: on the one hand, through the data economy and Artificial Intelligence, and, on the other hand, through the digitalization of the heritage offer adapted to the demand.
As the most relevant benefit, AlgorithmS4Sustainability will make it possible for destination managers and other stakeholders in the heritage tourism ecosystem to have access to unpublished information that will allow them to make decisions focused on the real needs and motivations of tourists. This will have an impact on both the visitor’s experience and in the socioeconomic development of the destination and its conversion into a smart and sustainable tourist destination.
AlgorithmS4Sustainability is an intercluster project that is based on the deep knowledge of the historical heritage held by the Santa María la Real Foundation, the track record of the Efficient Habitat Cluster in tourism and heritage projects, together with the contribution of the companies UPintelligence, Sispyme and Grupo Caip Doc-it, experts in the different technologies necessary to implement the project and the ICT Cluster of Asturias, the first Spanish technological cluster integrated by Segittur in the Network of Collaborators of the Smart Tourist Destinations program.

AlgorithmS4Sustainability (AS4S) investiga y desarrolla metodologías y modelos que servirán para mejorar la experiencia del turista cultural y la gestión y planificación de los gestores de los destinos mediante distintas aproximaciones basadas en el paradigma de la Industria 4.0. Por un lado, a través de la economía del dato y la Inteligencia Artificial. Por otro, mediante la digitalización de la oferta patrimonial adaptada a la demanda.
Como beneficio más relevante, AlgorithmS4Sustainability hará posible que gestores del destino y demás stakeholders del ecosistema turístico patrimonial tengan acceso a información inédita que les permitirá tomar decisiones centradas en las necesidades y motivaciones reales de los turistas, con impacto tanto en la experiencia de los visitantes como en el desarrollo socioeconómico del destino y su conversión hacia destino turístico inteligente y sostenible.
AlgorithmS4Sustainability es un proyecto intercluster que se cimienta sobre los profundos conocimientos del patrimonio histórico que atesora la Fundación Santa María la Real, la trayectoria del Clúster Hábitat Eficiente en proyectos de turismo y patrimonio, junto con la aportación de las empresas UpIntelligence, Sispyme y Grupo Caip Doc-it, expertas en las diferentes tecnologías necesarias para implementar el proyecto y el Cluster TIC de Asturias, primer cluster tecnológico español integrado por Segittur en la Red de Colaboradores del programa Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes.

Come beneficio più rilevante, AlgorithmS4Sustainability consentirà ai gestori delle destinazioni e ad altri stakeholders dell’ecosistema del turismo del patrimonio di avere accesso a informazioni inedite che consentiranno loro di prendere decisioni incentrate sulle reali esigenze e motivazioni dei turisti, con un impatto sia sull’esperienza del visitatore che nello sviluppo socioeconomico della destinazione con la sua conversione in una destinazione turistica intelligente e sostenibile.
AlgorithmS4Sustainability è un progetto intercluster che si basa sulla profonda conoscenza del patrimonio storico detenuto dalla Fondazione Santa María la Real, il track record del Cluster Habitat Efficiente nei progetti di turismo e patrimonio, insieme al contributo delle società UpIntelligence, Sispyme e Grupo Caip Doc-it, esperti nelle diverse tecnologie necessarie per implementare il progetto e il Cluster ICT delle Asturie, il primo cluster tecnologico spagnolo integrato da Segittur nella Rete di Collaboratori del programma Smart Tourist Destinations.
AlgorithmS4Sustainability è finanziato dal Ministero dell’Industria, del Commercio e del Turismo, attraverso il Bando Gruppi di Imprese Innovative per l’anno 2022b, nell’ambito del Piano di Ripresa, Trasformazione e Resilienza.

Assunzione di un laureato in Fisica per lo sviluppo di attività di «Sviluppo di un sistema per la diagnosi precoce di patologie cardiache e supporto in altri progetti per l’applicazione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale all’elaborazione dei segnali per soluzioni nella Sanità Digitale (IDI/2021/000151).
Appalto cofinanziato dal governo del Principato delle Asturie, dalla Fondazione per la promozione della ricerca scientifica e tecnologica applicata nelle Asturie (FICYT) e dall’UE attraverso il Fondo europeo di sviluppo regionale (FEDER).
Promozione internazionale di prodotti innovativi sviluppati dall’azienda nel campo della salute digitale e dell’industria alimentare (IDE/2021/000968).
Turismo rurale e digitale (IDE/2021/000608). Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono:
1) Generare vantaggi competitivi delle aziende che sono membri dei cluster in modo tale da consentire di identificare complementarità e sviluppare proposte congiunte in futuro.
2) Promuovere la creazione di Destinazioni Turistiche Intelligenti.
3) Utilizzare tecnologie per realizzare dimostrazioni pilota che colleghino il mondo fisico e digitale come la realtà aumentata, l’intelligenza artificiale, i sistemi di informazione geografica e gli assistenti virtuali applicati all’industria del turismo asturiano con l’intenzione di poterlo successivamente trasferire in territori con simili caratteristiche.
4) Aumentare la consapevolezza sull’importanza della trasformazione digitale nelle PMI del turismo.
Realtà Aumentata, Intelligenza Artificiale e Big Data per Destinazioni Smart e Sostenibili (IDE/2020/000631). Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono:
1) Promuovere la creazione di destinazioni turistiche intelligenti.
2) Sviluppare contenuti turistici innovativi basati su tecnologie 4.0.
3) Generare vantaggi competitivi per le aziende partecipanti intorno a prodotti e servizi che aggiungono valore all’industria del turismo.
4) Soddisfare le esigenze tecnologiche specifiche nel campo della gestione dei big data turistici e dell’intelligenza artificiale interessanti per l’attività nelle Asturie, per poi dispiegarli in territori con caratteristiche simili.
Assunzione di un Dottorato di ricerca in Bioscienze per svolgere l’attività “oggettivazione del dolore attraverso parametri fisiologici e gestione della R&S aziendale” (IDI/2020/000192).

Il programma di sussidi aiuta la trasformazione digitale per l’anno finanziario 2020 (IDE/2020/000278). L’obiettivo principale è quello di generare un sistema per il supercalcolo in cloud che ci permetta di offrire ai nostri clienti l’implementazione di Digital Twins per la simulazione di processo. Il progetto prevede investimenti in infrastrutture (server, apparecchiature informatiche, stampante 3D) e l’implementazione di un sistema di gestione delle informazioni in tempo reale.

DT-OptiDry – Digital Twin per l’ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi nelle aziende agroalimentari (VV038/2020). In collaborazione con l’azienda di carne Embutidos Maybe SA, stiamo sviluppando il progetto DT-OptiDry, un gemello digitale per la maturazione e la trasformazione di prodotti a base di carne, trasferibile a tutti i tipi di aziende alimentari. DT-OptiDry ha ricevuto il punteggio più alto tra tutti quelli finanziati dal programma S3Food nelle Asturie.
Sviluppo di una piattaforma IOT per l’acquisizione e lo sfruttamento dei dati dai processi di produzione di parti personalizzate in un’officina di produzione in un’industria ausiliaria nel settore dei metalli (2018).
